Missionary - When we think of sex, we most often think of this position... This is the way we did it when we did "it" for the first time, and is still the most popular position. Partners are able to maintain a great deal of body contact, remain comfortable and vary the depth of penetration. The woman should lie on her back with her legs spread and knees raised. The man then lies on top between her legs and enters her. The woman can then clasp her legs together behind the man or leave them at his side.
